The Super Bowl is almost here… and to be honest, I don’t even know who’s playing. It happens to be on my birthday this year so I’ll most likely be climbing a mountain in Sedona when the game is on…
BUT what I do know is that I love snacks!
So here are a couple of my favorite healthy snack recipes you can whip up for your Super Bowl party, or in my case, an on the go munchie for whenevs!
Both of these recipes are all the healthy buzz words- vegan-friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free, organic, etc., packed with nutrients and they’re also a delicious party hit!
These puppies are so good they even got featured in Paradise Valley Lifestyle Magazine’s Sports Issue.
A couple hints…
- The “Cheesy” Chickpeas get gobbled up FAST! So make double, triple, quadruple the amount if you’re having a party!
- Also, freezing the blitz bites somehow makes them even more amazing and will help ’em stay out longer during festivities.
